Seamless Integration

Plug & Print Convenience - AMS-Compatibility

PLA Metal is fully compatible with Bambu Lab AMS and AMS Lite systems and is designed to work seamlessly with Bambu Lab printer profiles.
OzFDM spools do not carry an RFID tag, so select the material manually in your slicer or on the printer before you start.
Unlike abrasive composite filaments, PLA Metal is a metallic effect PLA rather than a fibre filled material, making it safe for standard AMS feeding systems and regular brass nozzles.
It fits on Bambu Lab reusable spools and performs best when used with Textured PEI, Cool, or High Temperature build plates.
For optimal results, use of the Engineering Plate is not recommended.
