Drying recommendation:

40°C - 45°C for 4-6 hours using a filament dryer / food dehydrator.

Storage recommendation:

Airtight bag or container with desiccant in a cool, dark and dry area to prevent moisture absorption. For optimal long term storage we recommend drying the filament prior to sealing the filament spool in a vacuum bag with desiccant.

Still great filament but ...

Still great filament but under new ownership the customer serive has fallen away and prices keep going up.

Hi Blake,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. In the past few months, we have added extended trading hours, free shipping where possible, local delivery and more.

Due to rising shipping costs and also the fact that the previous pricing was unsustainable, we have had to raise prices but are still below the average market rate from Jaycar, Bambu Labs (when including a spool etc.).

We understand it no longer makes OzFDM attractive to 3rd party resellers like yourself, but to say that our customer service has dropped away because we no longer are priced for resale is a bit unfair in our opinion.

We are glad that you like the filament though and we are always available via the chatbot and by phone to discuss.
