PLA-LW is available in two classic shades: crisp white and deep black. These timeless colours are chosen for their versatility across functional and visual projects. The white finish highlights fine details and offers a clean surface for post-processing or painting, while the black option provides a sleek, uniform look ideal for prototypes or lightweight tools. Both shades deliver a smooth, matte finish that enhances the refined aesthetic of every print.

We do our best to ensure every colour is represented as accurately as possible. However, shades shown on screen, including their HEX codes, may differ slightly from the physical filament due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or colour sampling tools used in editing.

AMS Friendly & Lightweight Ready

Our PLA-LW is compatible with advanced filament systems including AMS, however, because PLA-LW uses an active foaming process (which alters its extrusion behaviour), we recommend verifying the spool format and doing a test load in the AMS.

In certain cases where the filament’s density or feed behaviour is very different, manual printing (outside AMS) may deliver a more reliable outcome.
