PLA is great for models and prototypes, but a bracket in a hot car, a clip that needs to flex or a mount that lives outside asks more of a material. This pack puts four proven functional filaments on your shelf, so you can match the right material to each job and test them side by side.
What Each Material Is For
Carbon Fibre for Stiffness
PETG-CF adds carbon fibre rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability to PETG's toughness, for structural prototypes, drone frames, jigs and replacement parts.
ASA-CF combines the UV and weather resistance of ASA with carbon fibre stiffness, for automotive, outdoor and industrial parts.
TPU for Flexibility
TPU95A is a 95A shore hardness flexible filament: firm enough to hold its shape, soft enough to bend and absorb impacts. Use it for phone cases, protective covers, gaskets, seals, hinges and non slip feet.
PETG for Everyday Parts
PETG Basic balances strength and toughness and prints almost as easily as PLA, a reliable default for enclosures, clips, hooks and general functional prints.

Nozzle, Enclosure and AMS Notes
Hardened steel nozzle
PETG-CF and ASA-CF contain abrasive carbon fibre that wears standard brass nozzles quickly, so print them with a hardened steel nozzle. For ASA-CF a 0.6 mm nozzle is ideal, and 0.2 mm nozzles are not suitable.
Enclosed printer for ASA-CF
ASA-CF needs stable, consistent conditions, so print it in an enclosed printer.
Using an AMS
PETG-CF and ASA-CF can run through a standard Bambu Lab AMS with care, but not the AMS Lite. TPU95A is too flexible for AMS systems, so load it manually from an external spool holder. PETG Basic spools are slightly slimmer than our premium ranges and some AMS units may not detect them, so transfer the filament onto an AMS compatible reusable spool if needed.
Keeping Filament Dry
All four materials absorb moisture, and wet engineering filament prints weak, stringy parts. Dry before printing and store sealed with desiccant.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my printer handle these materials?
PETG Basic and TPU95A suit most printers that use 1.75 mm filament, with TPU printing best on a direct drive extruder. PETG-CF and ASA-CF need a hardened steel nozzle, and ASA-CF also needs a bed that reaches 100°C and an enclosed printer.
Can I choose different colours or materials?
The pack comes as listed. For other colours or materials, add extra rolls from our filament range. Once you have three or more individual rolls in your cart, our filament volume pricing applies to those rolls.
I am new to 3D printing. Where should I start?
