1.3 mm for the M2 screws. Available as an individual hex key.
M2 hex nut
3.9 mm across flats, 1.6 mm thick.
M2 washer
2.2 mm inner diameter, 4.8 mm outer diameter, 0.35 mm thick.
M2.5 washer
2.6 mm inner diameter, 5.5 mm outer diameter, 0.4 mm thick.
