A working stock of M3 stainless fasteners in one box: countersunk and button head screws in five lengths, plus the nuts and nyloc nuts to go with them. M3 is the size most printer parts and maker projects call for, and it matches our M3 heat set inserts.

Button head socket screws have a low profile rounded head for a neat finish wherever the head sits on top of the part.

Hex and Nyloc Nuts

Use hex nuts in printed nut traps, and nyloc nuts where vibration could loosen a joint.

Tool and Nut Sizes

Hex key

2 mm for both screw types. Available as an individual ball end hex key.

M3 hex nut

5.4 mm across flats, 2.3 mm thick. Allow a little clearance when modelling a nut trap.
