The Bambu Lab H2D is a large, fully enclosed dual-nozzle printer with active chamber heating to 65°C, 350°C hotends and support for the AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT. It is one of the printers in the OzFDM print farm.

About the H2D

Bambu Lab launched the H2D in March 2025. It has two hardened steel nozzles on a single toolhead rather than two independent carriages: the right nozzle is fixed and the left nozzle raises and lowers, so only the active nozzle touches the print. Eddy current nozzle calibration sets the X and Y offset between the two nozzles automatically.

Bambu Lab quotes a build volume of 325 × 320 × 325 mm for a single nozzle, 300 × 320 × 325 mm for prints that use both nozzles, and 350 × 320 × 325 mm as the total width reachable across the two.

The chamber heats actively to 65°C, the hotends reach 350°C and the bed 120°C. That covers high-temperature engineering filaments such as PPS-CF, which OzFDM recommends printing at 300–350°C, as well as PPA-CF, PA6-CF and ASA-CF. Filtration includes a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter.

The H2D works with the AMS 2 Pro, the single-spool AMS HT and the original AMS. Bambu Lab lists support for up to four AMS 2 Pro and eight AMS HT units connected at once. Because each nozzle can run its own material, two-material prints need far less purging than a single nozzle swapping filament.

Bambu Lab also sells H2D versions with a 10 W or 40 W laser module, and the H2D Pro variant adds an Ethernet port and tungsten carbide nozzles. The standard H2D connects over Wi-Fi.
