Four bright colours of our tough, easy to print PETG Basic in one pack: Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue. Made for colourful functional prints, colour coding and multicolour models.

  • 4 KG of PETG Basic: one 1 KG roll each of Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue
  • Tougher than PLA: better impact and heat resistance for parts that get handled and used
  • Easy to print: 220°C to 240°C nozzle and a 70°C to 80°C bed

Every roll is the same filament we sell individually, bundled together for a cheaper price than buying each colour on its own.

Bright, Tough PETG for Everyday Prints

PETG Basic prints nearly as easily as PLA but handles knocks, flexing and warm days far better. This pack gives you four clear, contrasting brights to mix into multicolour prints or to colour code parts around the workshop, home and classroom.

Tougher Than PLA

PETG Basic balances strength and toughness. It bends before it breaks and handles more heat than PLA, so clips, hooks, brackets and organisers last longer.

Colour Coding and Multicolour Prints

Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue are easy to tell apart at a glance, so they suit colour coded storage, tool holders, cable clips and bold multicolour models.

Easy to Print

Print at 220°C to 240°C on a 70°C to 80°C bed. PETG Basic suits speeds from 40 mm/s up to 250 mm/s on capable printers, and extrudes cleanly on almost any FDM machine.

PETG sticks very strongly to smooth PEI and glass. Use a textured plate or a release agent such as glue stick to protect your build surface.

Full specifications and drying recommendations are on each filament's product page.

Using PETG Basic With an AMS

PETG Basic works with AMS systems, but its spools are slightly slimmer than our premium ranges, so some AMS units may not detect them during automatic loading. For the smoothest experience, transfer the filament onto an AMS compatible reusable spool before printing.

Keeping Filament Dry

PETG absorbs moisture faster than PLA, which shows up as stringing, bubbling and rough surfaces. Store open rolls sealed with desiccant, and dry a roll at 70°C for 5 hours in a filament dryer if it has been left out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose different colours?

The pack comes in the colours listed. For other colours, add extra rolls from our filament range. Once you have three or more individual rolls in your cart, our filament volume pricing applies to those rolls.

What is PETG good for?

Functional parts that need more toughness and heat resistance than PLA: brackets, clips, hooks, enclosures, organisers, toys and parts that flex a little in use.

How should I store rolls I am not using yet?

Keep spare rolls sealed in a vacuum seal bag with silica gel desiccant so they print as well as the day they arrived.
