Arrecife

Some vases just hold flowers. Arrecife holds attention. Inspired by the layered folds of a coral reef, its ruffled rim breaks into dozens of overlapping waves before the whole piece tapers down into a slender, fluted base, almost like a sea fan caught mid sway. Each one is 3D printed in PLA+, which lets every one of those fine folds hold its shape with a smooth, clean finish instead of blurring into a soft mess. Standing roughly 22.5cm tall, it has real presence on a shelf, console table or desk, and it comes in a spread of colours from crisp White through to reef ready Matte Light Coral, Sailor Blue and Sacramento Green. The central cavity is sized to cradle a standard drinking glass, so you can drop your stems straight into water without ever filling the vase itself. Swap the glass out to clean it or change the flowers, no rinsing folds required. Turn it around on a desk and those same folds become a home for pens, scissors and rulers, standing upright and easy to grab. Printed to order, Arrecife works just as hard as it looks good, a sculptural centrepiece that quietly earns its keep.
