Giger Style Wall Shelf

Some shelves hold things. This one looks like it clawed its way out of the wall to do it. A screaming skull crowns an exposed ribcage, coiled biomechanical tendrils wrap around machine-like ports on either side, and hooked talons trail beneath the frame. Above all that drama sits a flat, level shelf top with a moulded edge, ready for figures, masks, candles or whatever oddity deserves an altar. Each shelf is 3D printed to order in PLA+, which keeps every rib line and tendril ridge crisp straight off the machine. The deep black finish swallows light and lets the shadows do the sculpting, so it reads beautifully on both pale and dark walls. If you like a project, this sculpt takes paint superbly. One dry brush of silver and a red glaze over the ribcage turns it into something that looks lifted from a film set, and the raised detail does most of the work for you. Printed in Australia and usually ready within a couple of days, in a wall-dominating XL or a smaller version for desks and tighter spaces. Your collection has waited long enough for a proper stage.
