Tent Ruler

Most rulers lie flat and slide around the second you look away. This one does not. Printed as a triangular A-frame, it stands upright on its own, tent-style, with a shallow channel running along the peak that cradles your pen or pencil so it never rolls off the desk again. Look along the bottom edge and you will spot a row of diamond shaped cutouts. Rest the ruler on your page, poke your pen tip through each diamond, and you get a perfectly straight line of evenly spaced dashes or dots, brilliant for stitching guides, quilting lines, tally marks or any drafting job that needs consistent spacing without a straightedge and a lot of squinting. Each one is 3D printed in PLA+ with a smooth raw finish, light enough to keep on a cluttered desk but sturdy enough to earn its place there permanently. The triangular profile also means it sits happily in a drawer without rolling about. Printed to order in a colour that suits your desk, from bold blue to deep oxblood red.
