Thread forming screws form their own thread straight into a printed plastic hole, with no insert or tapping needed. This kit covers all four sizes in both countersunk and pan washer heads, ten of each.

The Quickest Way to Join Printed Parts

Thread forming screws are designed for plastic. Model a plain hole, drive the screw in, and it forms a tight thread as it goes. No soldering iron, no inserts and no tap, which makes them ideal for quick assemblies, prototypes and parts you won't take apart often.

No Inserts Needed

Skip the heat set insert step entirely. The screw forms its own thread in PLA, PETG, ABS and other printed plastics.

Two Head Styles

Countersunk heads sit flush in a countersunk hole. Pan washer heads have a built-in washer face that spreads clamping force on the part.

Made from 304 stainless steel with a hex drive, for corrosion resistance indoors and out.
